1. Selection of finest raw material: At Relax we emphasize on selection of finest possible material for the manufacturing of furniture for you.
2. Precise Shaping Out: The acquired raw material is thus processed out with the help of cutting edge technology to transform the raw material into usable form to make furniture.
3. Mechanical weld for enhanced durability: The parts that are prone to bear more weight are mechanically welded to strengthen them to bear the weight of whole the structure and the weight of the user.
4. Mid Process QC testing: The whole manufacturing process is checked for the adherence of the quality standards so that if something needs to be amended, that can be done on the mean time.
5. Powder-coating: This step ensure the frame uv-resistance and anti-rust,which helps the furniture could stay outside longer than the frame without powder coating.
6. Hand-woven to ensure quality: PE rattan is heated which makes it easy to mold in any shape. This heated PE rattan is then hand woven in the furniture to ensure quality of the product.
7. The Finishing touch: All the finishing touches are provided at the end to ensure the finesse the furniture which is hallmark of Relax furniture.
8. Final QS test: Each of the products is then passed through final QS testing procedure to ensure the durability and comfort it needs to provide to its user.
